Product Description

H20 Timber Beam Formwork System

The H20 timber beam formwork system consists of plywood, H20 timber beam, steel waling, flange clamp, and lifting hook. The plywood and the timber beam are connected by self-tapping screws. Steel waler and timber beam are connected with flange clamps; two hooks are arranged symmetrically on both sides of the timber beam.

This system is light in weight and convenient for construction and transportation. The formwork panel is plywood with a smooth surface, providing excellent water absorption and air transmission. It ensures a high-quality concrete finish and superior turnover rates, making it widely applicable for walls, columns, piers, and dams.

Timber Beam Wall Formwork

A large-panel reusable formwork system designed for casting concrete walls. Strong and flexible, it is ideal for high-rise buildings, basements, bridge piers, and infrastructure projects.

Timber Beam Column Formwork

A modular system specifically for square or rectangular columns. It shares a similar structure and connection methodology with the wall formwork system.

Adjustable Column Formwork

This system enables concrete casting of various square or rectangular columns by adjusting the section area. This is achieved by changing the relative position of the walers.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What are the primary components of the H20 Timber Beam system?
The system mainly consists of plywood sheeting, H20 timber beams, steel walers, flange clamps, and lifting hooks for easy assembly and disassembly.
2. Is the column formwork adjustable for different sizes?
Yes, the adjustable column formwork can cast square or rectangular columns with side lengths ranging from 200mm to 1400mm by adjusting the waler positions.
3. What are the load-bearing capacities of the H20 beam?
The H20 timber beam has a permitted bending bearing moment of 5kN/M and a permitted shearing force of 11kN.
4. Can this formwork be reused for multiple projects?
Yes, the system is designed for high turnover rates. The smooth plywood surface and durable timber beams allow for multiple reuses while maintaining high-quality concrete finishes.
5. What is the standard production lead time?
For full container orders, the typical production lead time is approximately 20 to 30 days after the initial payment is confirmed.
6. How is the product protected during shipping?
Items are packed using various methods: beams in bundles, small parts on pallets or in bags, and irregular goods in bulk to ensure safety and stability during transport.
