Professional Production: We are a professional factory producing Solid Wood Tables and wood panels for over 30 years. Our wood products are processed from Kiln-dried timber, maintaining a moisture content of 8%-12%, effectively avoiding cracks, warps, and insects.

Mechanized Production Process:
Our factory spans 6000m², utilizing a fully mechanized workflow: Logs → Cut into sawn timber → Kiln Dried → Moisture Content Balance → Materials Choosing → Plan double faces → Cutting into available size sawn panels → Gulleting → Glue (SGS certified Henkel Glue) → Finger Joint the panels → Plan 4 faces → Edge Glue the panels → Balance → Sanding faces to be smooth → Cut the ends → Package and Stock.
Quality Packaging:
Each table top is packaged with Shrink Wrapping Film. Individual table sets are placed in carton boxes, then secured on strong wood pallets. We use MDF boards and corner protectors around the pallet to ensure stability. During container loading, airbags are placed between pallets to prevent shaking during delivery.

How are the products protected during international shipping?
We use shrink wrap, individual cartons, and strong wood pallets with MDF corner protectors. Additionally, airbags are used in containers to prevent any movement during transit.
