Yes, we provide samples free of charge. The buyer only needs to cover the delivery costs (DHL, FedEx, etc.), which are refunded once an order is confirmed.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our regular MOQ is between 20-50 sqm. However, we are open to discussing smaller trial orders based on your specific project needs.
What are the payment terms?
For amounts less than USD 2000, 100% payment is required before processing. For larger amounts, a 30% deposit is required before processing, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipping.
